The human psychic energy :)

Through past years i've been subjected to various spiritual books about energy exchange between people, the worldly chaos, demanding and artificial happiness, amongst many other concepts and theories that only overwhelm the reader with an eluding strategy to base their lives.

I have always swallowed the energy exchange concept an interesting theory based on the physical rules of energy exchange it could be a distant fact that energy needs to be transformed and thus the exchange of energy between people either being positive or negative.

Most of the books i've read the exchange of energy is paramount, as when you give you will also receive equally.. Love for instance is a continous flow of energy between two people and problems will only arise when one demands more and rejects to give back in equal amounts.. The imbalanced energy flow emerging from the struggle for power and more energy.

My concept being, in an attempt to understand the bigger universe and mother nature to reflect unto ones inner power, for instance if the sloar systems are bigger pictures of an atom. If energy is a flow of positive energy defined by light while negative energy by the lack or light (as quoted by one blogger) then how is the sun percieved? Abundance of light and energy but fire is evil ! Blackholes lack light as light is absorbed by the gravitational forces.
Planets on the other hand take both energy forms to transform and distribute amongst the different entities on earth thus giving life (welcome to suggestions, as the scientific method prevents me). Thus human energy exchange between beings. Not all good is good and not all evil is bad. A balance between the two to nurture good and purpose in ones life.
