Who is Bobby?

Bobby has to come live with us after his original owners moved to Switzerland. Him and I have been friends for sometime.

He used to live in a 2 floor house, now he lives in my apartment. We go for walks, and he doesn't like being trapped in the house all day :(

Bobby is a talking dog. He's been talking for sometime and we understand him fully. Although his talking is non-verbal, he has the communication skills of a 2 year old human child.
